Terms and Conditions
We cannot guarantee a space for every child. If the class is full your child’s name will be put on a waiting list for their preferred class. You will be contacted when/if a space becomes available. Places are offered on a first come, first served basis, therefore, we encourage parents to register early, ideally before the end of the Summer Term.
Payments must be made in full at the start of the block. Students who have not paid in advance will not be allowed to attend the class. Payments can be made in cash, by cheque or by bank transfer. Cash must be in a sealed, named envelope. Cheques are payable to Lulu Maria Fun Spanish. If paying by bank transfer please use your CHILD’S NAME as the reference. Notice must be given if children no longer wish to attend - failure to do so will incur half a term’s fees. For outstanding payments, Lulu Maria Fun Spanish may refer the matter to a legal representative or recovery agency.
In the event of unexpected circumstances, Lulu Maria Fun Spanish reserve the right to cancel lessons at short notice. Parents/managers will be contacted and informed as soon as possible.
If you no longer require our services and wish to cancel your child’s place please advise us as soon as possible so that this place can be taken by other students. Cancellations of individual sessions are non-refundable.
Lulu Maria Fun Spanish will refund their clients in the event a class or block is cancelled. No refunds will be issued if a student decides to cancel or not attend a class for any reason, and nor can lessons missed be carried forward into the following session. Any special case for a refund request can be made by contacting the management team personally.
Our sessions run in School Term-time Blocks. The blocks normally run for 6/7/8 weeks. Invoicing is done quarterly by text.
